LMS has been offering educational training to ski area maintenance personnel for 43 years. Its annual event attracts more than 350 attendees from ski areas and supplier companies from across the US.
The Wednesday Vendor Reception is the perfect opportunity for company representatives to meet and interface the personnel that actually use and maintain their equipment. The 2020 Vendor Reception will be held on April 15, from 4:30 – 6:00 pm in the Crane West Room. For a small fee, suppliers can secure exhibit space to demonstrate and/or highlight their product or service. Additionally, space is available outside for static displays.
Interaction with LMS participants is not just limited to the Vendor Reception. Supplier representatives are welcomed to register and attend the entire seminar including
educational sessions and social events.

Exhibit Space (per company) $50 $75
The above rates entitles your company to one exhibit space during the Vendor Reception on Wednesday, April 15,
from 4:30-6:00 pm. Space includes one 30” x 96” table, two chairs and one 110v electrical outlet.
Personnel (per person)
Vendor Reception ONLY $25 $50
This fee applies to supplier representatives who will only be attending the Vendor Reception and no other events
during the conference.
Full Conference $205 $250
This fee includes access to all conference sessions; conference meals & social events (listed on agenda),
Wednesday’s vendor reception, and awards dinner.
